CUET PG Key Changes in 2025
Here are the detailed list of key changes that has been seen in the CUET 2025 (postgraduate) as compared to CUET 2024 (postgraduate).
- The CUET PG application form 2025 is now available at exams.nta.ac.in/cuet-pg, thanks to NTA. But the application was made available on pgcuet.samarth.ac.in last year.
- The application cost for CUET PG 2025 has gone up by INR 200 from the previous year. The application fee is INR 1,400 for candidates in the general category and INR 1,200 for OBC, NCL, and EWS candidates.
- The application price to take additional test papers has also gone up by INR 100 this year. Students will now pay INR 700 rather than INR 600 for each additional test paper.
- The length of each test paper in the CUET PG 2025 exam has been reduced from 105 to 90 minutes.
- The cities for the CUET PG 2025 exam have been expanded. The CUET PG 2025 exam will take place in 285 domestic exam cities, while the CUET PG CBT exam was conducted in 572 different centres throughout 253 domestic exam cities, according to the 2024 result announcement. Few media outlets, nonetheless, have said that there will be fewer domestic exam locations for the 2025 school year.
- International cities have been included to the list of CUET PG 2025 exam locations. Nine cities outside of India hosted the test last year, while 27 cities outside of India are expected to host it in 2025.
