Challenge Date for JEE Main Answer Key 2025

The JEE Main Provisional Answer Key is already released on 4th February 2025 on the NTA (National Testing Agency) official website (jeemain.nta.nic.in). So now if the candidates are not satisfied with some questions answers, they can raise the challenge of that question with the NTA for that question. The last date to submit the challenge for each questions is 6th February 2025. Each question will charge INR 200 from students.

Candidates who has compared their answers with the provisional answer key published by NTA, and feels any disparity or are sure about any answers but that is marked as wrong, can raise the objections for that questions with the NTA as a challenge for the Answer key. Below are the steps described in details that the candidates should follow in order to raise the challenge for JEE Main Answer Key 2025.

• To Challenge the answer key, Students must go to jeemain.nta.nic.in, the official JEE Main website.
• After visiting the website, Next, select the option “Difficulties Associated with JEE Mains Answer Key 2025”.
• You will be taken to the login screen candidates portal, where you must provide your password and application number to login into your JEE Main 2025 dashboard.
• At this point after login to your dashboard, the question IDs and the appropriate response IDs will be displayed in the provisional JEE Main answer key.
• Choose one or more question IDs that you want to challenge or you feel you have objections, in order to challenge the JEE Main answer key.
• Click “Save your claim” after choosing the questions that you find objectionable, and then click “Next.” The screen will display the question ID that has been the subject of the objection. Additionally, you will need to provide the required documentation as evidence for your objection.
• For each question you have contested, pay the Rs 200 JEE Main objection form fee. So, if you have challenge 3 questions than in that case you need pay 200 * 3 which is a total of INR 600.

Challenge Submission Done for the NTA JEE Mains 2025 Answer Key Objection: What Comes Next?

Students must wait until February 12 while the expert panel from the JEE Main review committee reviews the objections following the successful submission of their JEE Mains 2025 Answer Key Challenge request. If the candidate’s challenge or challenges are found to be accurate during this assessment process, the Answer Key will be updated and applied to each candidate’s response as necessary, and it will be updated in the candidates portal, and the final updated answer key will also be published.

The Revised Final JEE Main Answer Keys will be used to prepare and announce the JEE Mains results. Whether their challenge is accepted or rejected will not be communicated to individual candidates.
